Six Stages of Our Office Chair Production

A transparent, repeatable process — the same six-stage discipline runs through every batch, whether you order 100 chairs or 10 containers.

Step 01

Material Inspection & Precision Cutting

Incoming steel, mesh and contract-grade fabric are inspected before release to production. Panels are die-cut in controlled layers for consistent shape and minimal waste.

Step 02

Sewing & Stitch Density Control

Upholstery is stitched with controlled stitch density and reinforced seams, built to withstand daily commercial use in offices and public spaces.

Step 03

Mesh & Upholstery Fitting

Back panels and seats are fitted by experienced upholsterers so every tension point is even, wrinkle-free and aligned to the ergonomic profile.

Step 04

Seat & Back Assembly

Mechanisms, gas lifts and bases are assembled with torque-controlled fastening — no loose joints, no squeaks, cycle after cycle.

Step 05

In-House Strength Testing

Our test laboratory runs back-pull, seat-drop, armrest and caster durability tests aligned with BIFMA and EN 1335 requirements before mass shipment.

Step 06

Export Packing & Container Loading

Finished chairs are protected with molded foam and export cartons, then container-loaded to maximize quantity while preventing transit damage.
